Alienware is a company that produces high-end gaming laptops desktops and monitors.

Many people are wondering if their products are good and if they are worth the money.

We will also give you our personal opinion on whether or not we think Alienware laptops and computers are worth buying.

So if you’re curious to know more about Alienware laptops and computers read on!

Alienware Company’s Brief History

The Alienware company was founded in 1996 by two college roommates Nelson Gonzalez and Alex Aguila.

They were both gamers and were tired of not having great gaming laptops to choose from so they decided to start their own company and make them themselves.

Alienware’s first product was the Area-51m laptop which was released in 1997.

Perks Of Going With Alienware Laptops

The Alienware laptops and computers look very sleek and stylish and they feel extremely well made.

They are definitely built to last!

Alienware also has a good track record of producing excellent service for their customers when there is an issue with their product (if you read some reviews on the internet there will always be the occasional few complaints about how bad their customer service is but in general it seems that when something goes wrong with your machine or gets broken they’ll fix it or replace it quite quickly).

If you buy a laptop from them you can basically expect amazing performance.

You will never have any problems with running even the most demanding video games or applications on these laptops.

It’s great if you want to do both gaming and work/school because it can handle anything you throw at it without slowing down.

The Alienware Command Center software is definitely very cool as it contains a lot of features that allow you to customize your machine to your heart’s content.

This includes the ability to make changes like adjusting the intensity of your backlit keyboard (if you get one of their models which has one) setting up infinite scroll on the trackpad changing what color lights up for certain things like volume settings and such overclocking (not everyone knows this but Alienware does offer their laptops with an option to overclock their CPUs) changing what color lights up when you close the lid etc.

Many of them come equipped with an SSD (Solid State Drive).

This makes your computer run much more quickly in general and is worth the extra money (although not all Alienware laptops include this feature).

Downsides Of Going With Alienware Laptops

Alienware laptops are definitely on the more expensive side so if you’re looking for something affordable they might not be for you.

Although keep in mind that most people who buy expensive gaming computers like these usually upgrade parts/components within a year or two anyway just to stay current with the latest technology.

So it’s not even necessarily about getting one of these laptops “all at once” you can upgrade them piece by piece over time gradually getting more within your budget.

For example if you don’t have a lot of money to spend on one of these right now but want one you could buy an Alienware desktop first then purchase their monitor or laptop down the line when you’ve saved up enough money.

Their laptops are not extremely slim and light like most ultrabooks or other brands out there which offer portability as their main selling point.

However this is really just something that’s expected from a gaming laptop with such powerful hardware.

Certain models cost so much it is hard to even justify buying them (although this is mostly true of the higher-end models with the best hardware).

Even though they have a really high build quality and decent customer service there are still some problems that occur frequently in certain models.

For example if you look up reviews online about them you will find that a lot of people have had issues with their keyboards being faulty or going out after a couple of months of use.

Some swear by this laptop series while others have been swearing against it due to these sorts of problems so it all comes down to personal preference when it comes to Alienware laptops.

What The Future Looks Like For Alienware Laptops And Computers?

Alienware laptops and computers are looking to be an investment that will last.

They are expensive but they are worth the money if you’re willing to spend it down the line on upgrades or other components.

One thing that could work against Alienware in the future is their customer service as a lot of people have been dissatisfied with them in regards to issues with broken keyboards and defective units.

So Should I Buy An Alienware Laptop?

You can’t go wrong with Alienware if you have a big budget and gaming-specific laptops require a lot of power.

In the event that your laptop develops a problem that’s not covered by warranty or just seems to be defective Alienware has generally been considered good about customer service.

If you’re on a tight budget though it might be best to check out some other popular brands like Lenovo and Asus.

Alienware laptops are on the pricier side but they’re worth the investment if you’re able to spend it over time.

The main pros are that they have an incredible build quality and their customer service is excellent.

Alienware has a high-end reputation for being one of the best gaming laptop brands out there.

The main con is that certain models cost so much it’s hard to actually justify buying them.

But many computer gamers are also willing to spend more money on upgrading components themselves rather than having everything all at once so this isn’t necessarily something to turn away from when looking into purchasing one of these laptops.

Another thing against Alienware might be its customer service as some people have had issues with broken keyboards much sooner than they expected.
