Yes you can still find a used laptop somewhere that will have Windows 7 installed.

However it’d be best for your interest to get a Windows 10 laptop at least if not Windows 11 laptop.

Because Windows 7 has been discontinued and should be avoided especially if you do any finance-related work on your laptop as it can easily get hacked with the unsupported Windows 7.

You can also install good antivirus software on your current laptop to stop the hackers from coming in but your best bet is to buy a new one.

Even if you install premium Antivirus software on your Windows 7 laptop hackers might still get in if it’s not updated so we recommend getting a new laptop with Windows 11 or 10 installed on it.
